City Tour Lima (half day)

YOUR ITINERARY:

 MODERN LIMA

 We begin the tour with a visit to the Miraflores district, visiting the famous Parque del Amor with a beautiful view of the coast of Lima and the Pacific Ocean. We continue with a panoramic visit to La huaca Pucllana, a pre-Inca ceremonial temple in a pyramidal shape that maintains a large part of its enclosures intact despite the years. We tour the Olivos forest in the San Isidro district, considered the financial center of the city.

COLONIAL LIMA

We will visit the historic center of the city declared in 1991 by UNESCO as a cultural heritage of humanity. Lima known as the city of Kings. We tour Plaza San Martin appreciating its beautiful architecture, its balconies and old colonial mansions, we enter the emblematic Bolívar hotel located in the same plaza. We continue with the tour of the Plaza Mayor where we can see the Government Palace, the Lima Cathedral, the Municipal Palace and the Archbishop's Palace, the Desamparados Station among others.

CONVENT AND CATACOMBS OF SAN FRANCISCO

We enter one of the most important convents of the 17th century. Getting to know the old Library, the Choir, the main cloister and the underground crypts known as catacombs.
